We want you to love your AW product. If something is not right, we will make it right.
We offer free exchanges within 7 days of delivery. If the fit is not right, we will send you a new size at no additional cost. Simply email us at aw.leatherboutique@gmail.com with your order number and the size you need, and we will send you a prepaid return label.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received them.
To initiate a return, email us at aw.leatherboutique@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide a return shipping label. Return shipping costs of $9.95 will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Items that have been worn, damaged by the customer, altered, or are missing original packaging are not eligible for return or exchange. Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within three days of delivery at aw.leatherboutique@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will replace the item at no cost to you, including shipping.
